FAQ's
How do I know if you have availability?
Book a tour to discuss current and upcoming vacancies. We maintain a waitlist and can advise on expected timeframes for your preferred days. Availability changes regularly, so even if we're currently full, we encourage you to visit.
What does a tour involve?
A personal 30-minute tour with a senior staff member. You'll see all three rooms in action, meet educators, ask questions about philosophy and operations, and get a genuine feel for daily life at our centre. Children are welcome to join tours.
Do you accept Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?
Yes, we're an approved provider. Most families receive substantial CCS benefits. We can help you estimate your out-of-pocket costs during your tour.
What are your fees?
Visit our Fees page for current rates. As a not-for-profit, our fees are competitive while maintaining high educator-to-child ratios and quality resources.
What if I need flexibility or casual days?
We offer casual day options subject to availability. Discuss your specific needs during your tour, and we'll work to accommodate variable schedules where possible.
How is the centre different from large corporate childcare?
Our boutique size (26 places vs. 100+), not-for-profit status, stable educator team, and community focus create a fundamentally different experience. Rather than explaining the difference, we invite you to experience it during a tour.
