Carly is a capable and confident individual who has over 20 years experience in early childcare, and over 10 years in senior management and leadership. She also has a strong interest in supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour. Carly possesses a great love for children, families and staff which is shown through her dedication to seeing our centre flourish.

Hi, I’m Shelby, and I’m so grateful to do work I love as Executive Officer at Canning Bridge Early Learning Centre. As a working mum of two young boys, both of whom have grown up here at CBELC, I understand firsthand what it means to find a childcare you can trust. I care deeply about every child feeling seen, valued, and part of our little community. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me out and about with my boys and wonderful husband. We love adventures, exploring parks, and just enjoying nature together. I also do love a good coffee! I look forward forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our community.
